I graduated from MIT Academy in 2009 after 7 years of middle and high school, and I have been a staff member for the last 12 years. In my 20-year history, I've served as a Student Board Representative, tutor, teacher, administrator, and program coordinator. I have an AA in Social Behavioral Sciences, a BA in English, Certification in TESOL, a California Teaching Credential, and I'm working towards a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership, all of which I've earned alongside my career at MIT, for my career at MIT. Out of all my roles, my current, and most favorite is the AVID Coordinator at MIT Academy. 

I'm a firm believer that every single student can succeed, especially if they have the right motivation, and that it doesn't matter your background, or where you come from. I also believe that every student should exercise their youthfullness and move steadfast towards the brightest future they can think of.
