DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP EXPECTATIONS

Safety is a priority for us. We have construction and a street that runs through the middle of the school campus. Coordinate a clear plan with your student(s) and help ALL students to be safe.

• Students shall not loiter around campus. No student shall be on campus before 7:30 a.m. Students arriving before 8:00 a.m. shall report to the MPR. All students on campus before 8:25 a.m. shall stay on the north side of the campus.
• Students shall leave campus immediately after dismissal unless they are participating in a school-related activity supervised by a staff member or receiving direct assistance from a staff member.
• Students shall be picked up or exit the campus within 30 minutes of the school dismissal.
• MIT Academy is a closed campus. Students shall stay on campus until dismissal as per the school or student class schedule.
• Dropping a student off at Positive Place or other locations does not guarantee they get on and stay on campus. We appreciate your support in making sure they walk through the main gate.
