Hello MITA Parents and Students,

As always, we appreciate you choosing MITA as your school. We invite you to participate in our daily theme to celebrate and recognize the dedication of staff to help your student to S.O.A.R.

The Teacher Appreciation theme for tomorrow is Thursday Tapas and Tiffin. The table has been cleared and is ready to receive gestures of appreciation nd goodwill.  We look forward to family participation in providing a potluck lunch for the staff. Food is not just nourishment, but it is a love language to build connections and community. You may drop off food (main dish, side dish, dessert, or drink) at the office any time before noon at both schools.

Thank you so much to the families who have contributed to Teacher Appreciation by dropping off treats for Tuesday’s Treats and Tea theme. We cannot agree more with the card, “To: All Hardworking Staff.”

Student leaders at both the middle and high schools did an excellent job in visiting each classroom with their Treats and Tea cart. We apologize for interrupting every class, even though it was a celebratory interruption.
